Question / Help streaming while recording in different bitrate?

so my internet is not good enough to stream better than 1800bitrate

but my spec is enough to record localy 3500 bitrate

is there a way to record 3500 while streaming 1800? or stream 3500 without big lag?

Streaming/recording with separate encoders for separate bitrates will be in future versions, though isn't available at the moment.
