So i use Equalizer APO on my headset when i stream the sounds are equalized to its so bad.How can i stream with normal qualitty when i still use Apo.

I would suggest using Voicemeeter.
This creates a virtual audio device that you can use as your Windows default output, that you can capture in OBS, and then you *should be able to apply your EQ *after* OBS captures it, but still listen to the sound modified by the equalizer.
