So 1 week ago today I went to stream ATS and I had changed nothing from the last time I had streamed. As soon as I hit go live I dropped 65% of the frames and it never let up. CPU was at 3-5% and Frames were at 60fps. Bitrate was losing its mind. Going from 0 to 20k. I stream at 10k. I changed everything I could think of. I ended up doing a completely fresh install of windows 10 over the weekend. I reinstalled OBS and the problem continues. I also tried Streamlabs and it has the same issue with YouTube. I didn't try twitch on it.
I have noticed that if I do a private or unlisted stream I have no issues with bitrate. I streamed to twitch with no issues at all. I started a private stream and made it public tonight and it worked for over an hour before it started dropping frames again. Speed tests all look normal everything else about the internet works in the house I just can't stream to YouTube unless its private or unlisted.
