I am a youtuber who would like to better interact with my subscriber base, unfortunately every time i stream, the quality is horrid and the lag is awful(to viewers,me and playback). I have included all the settings i currently use, and my PC specs hopefully someone can give me settings that would provide 720p quality, and a great streaming experience!

Moved to Questions and Help, the Guides forum is for posting Guides, not asking for one.

It's always better to post a log file when asking for help, but your primary issue is that you only have 1Mbps upload, and you are trying to stream at 2Mpbs bitrate. This is why you experience so much lag. If you only have about 1Mbps, it's probably not very realistic to stream at 720p. You'll want to stick to 480p, set your preset back to veryfast, and go from there.

Oh, and by the way, when someone says 720p, they are talking about 1280x720. So your 720x450 would be considered 450p. But, considering your 1440x900 monitor (which is a 16:10 aspect ratio vs the standard 16:9) 450p is the closest you're going to get to 480p from downscaling.
