I used WIN7 to streaming SC2 and had 150fps but after I switched to WIN10 with the same OBS setting, the fps dropped to 60, what should I do ?

disable the game DVR app from the xbox app.

press start, type xbox, click the gear (settings), click gameDVR tab, turn off gameDVR

I tried disable the DVR from XBOX app , but it dose not work, when I start streaming , the fps locks around 60fps, but once I turn off streaming, FPS back to 150

run the game in a window, then use monitor capture

Testing this as well

Hah, yeah my fps were locked at 60 (or 72 depending on my refresh rate) but this was not just OBS, this was without OBS as well.
yeah I know, but the wired thing is that when I start streaming the fps locked at 60, once I stop streaming, it went back to normal fps
