Question / Help Streaming Settings

Hello, was wondering if someone would help me setup my settings, so i would be able to stream smoothly with games like (League Of Legends, Battlefield4, DayZ, Arma III etc).

My specs:

Intel Core I7 2600k
8GB Kingston Hyper X
GTX 770 4GB MSI OC

Connection: 50/50 Mbits

Hello, I tried the settings in there, but even in league of legends, my stream is really "laggy" when I go around the map, and with a GTX 770 4GB I would mean i could run it NO PROBLEMS.
Any suggestions?
