Hi!
Today when I were in my bed when I get an idea "Why I wont start streamer career!?" But there is a little problem, my pc i not so good. Here are my specs :
I3-4100M 2.50Ghz
4GB ram
Intel HD 4600
And the question is, is this beauty able to stream 720p30 or 720p60 on older games because that will be the point of my stream to stream mostly older or Indie games. If you think it can pls post proposition of settings:)
Thanks for any help!

Not 720p@30. 60fps? Not even close. That's a Core i3. They're budget bargain-basement chips for a reason.
Might be able to pull off a 360p@30, or 480p@25 with some work. RAM's also somewhat low, and I'm not sure if that GPU supports hardware DX10 (not software), which is a requirement for using OBS.

You should be able to run OBS but as Ferret mentioned, the CPU is not meant to do hard encoding work, or at least not while doing anything else. What you can do though is check if your laptop supports QuickSync. With that you might be able to output a 720p 30fps stream.

I'm pretty sure You can run the 720p stream.
Community said me that I'm not able to run 360p, I tried and 720p works perfectly without any hard cpu load and stream was without any lags and quality problems. :) Try it with friends, and they will tell You problems with your stream.
Have a nice day.

BTW. my CPU is Core2Duo E8400.
your i3 is 3% better than mine Core2Duo
and your Intel HD is 111% better than mine GPU (well I would give it max 20%) problem is, your GPU is software DX11 not the hardware.

As I said, just try it. :)

EDIT: I forgot to say, streaming was done on desktop stream with some working (game developing, playing youtube videos, etc..), but not gaming. :)
