Question / Help Streaming settings always wrong.

I wanna stream my games to twitch but im trying to find the perfect settings only i always get poor quality or something else frame drops, etc ... i am trying a long time now to configure it only i can not get it right ... can someone help me pls ? Thanks in advance.

my upload speed:
Speedtest.net: download speed 28796 kbps / upload speed 2862 kbps

Pc Settings:

GPU: Geforce GTX 750 Ti

CPU: AMD FX-4130 Quad-Core Processor

Memory: 8 GB RAM

Native Resolution: 1920x1080, 60Hz

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

Thanks for the reply i tried the settings it worked smooth only thing it said is high cpu usage encoding consider turning down settings. and the stream stuttered when i was moving how can i fix that ?

Downscale to 480p, or switch to the Superfast encoding preset, or switch to NVENC if your video card supports it. The latter two options are significantly worse quality-wise, but your CPU is weak. I'd probably go to 480p if I were in your shoes, and switch to 1200-1500 bitrate.

Thanks man i downscaled it to 480p and it works perfectly now i also use 1500 bitrate :)
