Not if you're streaming to Twitch, and aren't partnered. The 2000kbps realistic bitrate limitation is what kills 720@60 for nonpartners. Going past 2k, even just to 2500 will cause a significant portion of your potential viewerbase to buffer, and leave. And 720@60 starts around 2700kbps and wants more (like 3500+) to look not-crappy.

Non-technical, real-world limitations aside, it could be possible if you have a capture card. Supposedly the 1090t stacks up to the i7 920 favorably, and my old 920 rig can run 720@60 with a streamlined OS install on most games while gaming and streaming from the same machine.

Out of curiosity, have you tried just pushing the 8350 up to 720@60? A 2 PC setup is a MASSIVE pain in the butt, and frankly the gains you'll see with the above-listed hardware will not be worth the ridiculous headache and hassle it carries. If you were going to a 5820k encoder machine or a cheap dual Xeon rig then it could be worthwhile. But as-is the only reason to do it with that hardware would be if you were a professional gamer and needed zero-impact while streaming.

Hey thanks for the quick response I haven't tried to do 720p @60fps on the 8350 yet I'm sure it could I just put the old rig together and have some 720p capture card from china and figured I would try it out because I would like to have zero impact while streaming. But it sounds like you're right about the limitation on the bit rate for non partners the more I look into I see people saying that.

PS: I don't mind some little headaches :)

These aren't little headaches. Getting the audio setup working alone is usually expensive and aggravating, even if you don't run into ground hum issues.

Good luck though.

I believe you I was just saying I don't mind tinkering around but yea if its to much trouble I'll just stick to the single PC.
Thanks again for the insight and help much appreciated.
