Question / Help Streaming set up?

I checked out the estimator, must have did it wrong or something but here is my set up

Elgato Game Capture HD
AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor, 3400 Mhz, 3 Core(s), 3 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Logitech c270 Webcam 720 HD



I've been streaming XBOX 360 Street Fighter 4 @ 2500 with bare problems, the only issue is that I just recently bought that webcam and it is very laggy while streaming. The capture card doesn't lag, just the webcam window. Am I missing something or do I need a better upload to handle the webcam? I tried using skype with it and it has no problems outside of streaming.

Thanks for your time, here is a link to the quality of my stream, please add any tips to help me out. I don't mind spending a little money to upgrade if needed.

Your settings look pretty ok. You get a slight amount of late/duplicate frames. So slightly lowering the resolution could help to smooth out the experience. Just use the first downscale in the dropdown, and test with that.
