Question / Help Streaming Server

Under Streaming in settings there is an option for Server. Is this the server that I am streaming to for whatever site I'm using to stream? For example is it a Twitch server?

yes you can choose a platform like twitch and then you can choose a twitch server (twitch has multiple server)
