Ok so when i stream, within the first 10 minutes of my stream i get 12,000 dropped frames. i would like to know why i can give you any info message me back and the link that u want me to post it on :3

You should post a log file from at least five minutes of streaming high action content.

Also, check the stickied posts, resources, guides, etc, to learn how to correctly configure OBS (and how to post a log file).
