Question / Help Streaming problem

Hello,
I have a problem when streaming on twitch.tv. My stream is ok-looking but the problem is when I move my camera in game the graphics become distorted/blurred which is annoying. I'm wondering what is the cause of this happening.
Here is an example video: http://www.twitch.tv/senioritis815/c/4319125
Notice when I turn the camera the picture gets all blurry :/ however when it's steady, there's no problem even when there is lots of animations.
My specs are
  • GPU: Nvidia GTX 660
  • CPU: i5 750 @ 2.67Ghz
  • OS: 64-bit Win7
  • RAM: 8GB
  • Games are installed on a 120GB SSD.
  • 1680x1050(16:9)resolution
  • 17.5Mbps down/12.3Mbps up to the closest twitch server(Frankfurt, DE)
  • Max Bitrate and Buffer Size: 2500kbps

It's a normal effect while streaming. MMORPG's are really demanding in that regard. You could try to increase your bitrate (3000ish), also downscaling your resolution to 1.5 and reduce the OBS FPS to 30 can help to reduce the pixelation.

But there will be always a certain level of pixelation/blurriness.

Varyak is certainly right, you are just seeing the way the encoder works. A static scene, even with a lot of stuff going on, but no camera movement is easier to compress and will look good even with lower bitrates.
But as soon as you start moving your camera the differences between each single picture increase quite drastically, so the encoder needs more bitrate to show an equally good looking picture. To make sure everything with your settings is fine you can show us a log file though if you want:
