Question / Help Streaming problem after upgrading PC

Hey so I just upgraded my PC like 3 days ago and now I have weird spikes while streaming, I was also monitoring my OBS while streaming and my bitrate goes from 2000 to 0 every 15-20 seconds and then comes back to 2000, I'm having some serious lags when it happens.

I upgraded my PC from:
i5-2500k
GTX 560
ASRock p67 pro3

to

i7-4790k
GTX 970
MSI Z97 Gaming5

I don't think my internet is the problem, I could easily stream without any problems before upgrading my PC, so I come to you to ask for help!

Here's log: https://gist.github.com/affb9266434558e34cba

Speedtest: http://www.speedtest.net/result/4183937436.png

I really need your help, hope you can do something =(

Speed tests dont mean anything really, just a baseline of what you should get.

Try this and use the ingest server with the highest "quality" that is decently close to you. use no more than 80% of what this bandwidth tester gives you and no more than 3500 bitrate total.

Somehow you have problems sending data to your selected ingest server (lines 76 to 91) and it looks like the handshake is taking quite a while to complete; 959ms.
This is either due to a choked/stalled upload or a bad connection to the ingest server. Try using this tool and see what server will serve you best: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester

And make your you've closed all other services that are your connections' upload, this includes other devices in your network :)

Edit: ninja'd. starting a post while getting caught in a twitch stream is bad, mkay ;D

Well I tested it before and It gives me a 100kbps bandwith on TCP (Auto OBS) or something like that, I'm pretty sure there is something wrong, but as I said - I could stream without any problems before upgrading my PC, any ideas? =(

check your network card drivers. make sure you update them to the drivers that came with your motherboard.

I'll check everything, btw. there is a different ethernet slot in this mobo, it's called something like "Killer Ethernet" and some software for this "Killer Ethernet" slot installed while I was installing mobo drivers, do you know anything about it?

If you have one built in, its supposed to lower latency on servers, but it really only helps with TCP based networking. Its kind of gimmicky but it somewhat works from what I have heard.

do some research and make sure you are using the motherboard's drivers.
