Question / Help Streaming poker - Bad quality.

Hi I sometimes stream poker on twitch and have problems with bad quality when I stream. I'm new to twitch so my settings are probably not the best and hope to get some help here. I'm streaming through monitor capture. I'm hoping to stream HD

My computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate.

Specs:
- Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50 GHz 3.50 GHZ
- 16.0 gb memory.
- 64 bit operating system.
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670
- 27 inch screen.
- 150mbit uplad ->

Hey, i have one Question with your Settings:

Why are you streaming at 22 FPS and 720p? With your Bitrate you can easily stream at 1080p and 30FPS.

I just tried to fool around with the FPS, I read somewhere since it's a poker game i don't need much FPS. I have tried having. What should i change in my settings to get 1080?

To stream in 1080p, just change the resolution downscale to 0. Yours is set to 1280*720, which means 720p.

Okay, even though it was downscaled to 720p the quality was still pretty bad! Something wrong with my other settings?
