hey there, ive just gotten a second pc that i want to stream with, i wonder if streaming and recording is possible. But as of now, playing any game causes the second pc to completely lag

This is usually an indication of general system overload.
20:10:25.025: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 730 (20.2%)
It does not look like your internet connection can sustain 4500kbps, or else this error is just because your internet connection failed.
20:08:58.417: base resolution: 2560x1440
Try setting this lower. NDI doesn't use much CPU and doesn't compress much; it needs a lot of bandwidth to operate. a 1080p60 stream can easily use 100Mbps sustained, and I am not sure whether that plugin respects the video scaling settings or not. Either way you might be better starting with a smaller canvas resolution.
