Question / Help Streaming PC games, 1-PC

I know there is Game Capture in OBS, or you can use monitor capture or windows capture.
But my question is can i buy a hardware option to plug into my computer and then get a really great quality stream ?
and how much would it coast, give me every option i have. even if it costs thousands, maybe i can save up :)

You cannot buy a hardware capture device for a 1PC setup that would provide better quality than what you'd get using game capture, window capture, or monitor capture.
