Question / Help Streaming on Twitch Assistance

Hi all

I've been streaming on Twitch more frequently and would love to maximise my video quality

I am in Australia and my ISP limits bandwidth upload to 1MBPs (with no Annex M available currently)

I have tweaked my stream somewhat with OBS where the video quality is acceptable but I am getting lag, stops and starts and not a clean stream

Had previous problems with artifacting but I think I fixed it :)

I had previously streamed using Shadowplay to Twitch through the GeForce Experience program but due to my low upload speed it stops and no longer works (red line)

I much prefer OBS anyway, but could someone please check my current stream to see how it looks?

Your logfile has quite some warnings about dropped frames/unstable connection, indicating a network issue.
Please have a look at this thread. It contains all (100%) of the advice about network related issues.
If the problem still persists after going trough every step in that thread. It's likely that the issue is outside your network.
