Hello there and as the title explain itself that I having an issue streaming on LOL. I don't what or how to fix this issue. I try looking up on google and youtube but it does not help me or give me a better explanation on how to fix it. My stream says it is having some excellent quality but my ingame is pretty bad with lags. I used to get 60 fps by not streaming but now its dropping down to 30 fps. Can anybody out there help me and explain what am I doing wrong. And also I want to upload my log of my OBS setting and specs to provide you guys some more information on how to fix this. Thank You and I hope to receive your reply.

first, you have multiple capture methods in each scene. i.e. game capture, and monitor capture.
use separate scenes for each or better yet, remove the monitor capture all together.

Code:
17:12:00: WARNING: Another hook is already present while trying to hook d3d9.dll, hook target is unknown. If you experience crashes, try disabling the other hooking application

the above message is repeated 6 times in your log, so more than likely, you have up to 6 programs (more than likely 3) that are actively trying to capture your game, with an, in-game overlay or programs that are used to stream all active.
Some examples of this are:

Razer Synapse, Geforce Experience, Overwolf, FRAPS, D3DGear, MSI Afterburner, AMD Raptr / Gaming Evolved, Action!, TeamSpeak/Mumble Overlays or any other kind of FPS monitor or overlay program
