Question / Help Streaming on Hitbox is OK, Twitch is NOT!

Every time now I go to stream on Twitch I would quickly start dropping frames and, after a minute or two, I end up with anywhere from 5-10% dropped frames. I tried a bunch of servers and none will work. I try streaming on Hitbox and I have no problems! I streamed there last night for a couple of hours with only 0.1% dropped frames.

Could the problem be on my end or is it all on Twitch's end?

You're dropping frames only on Twitch. If you have a problem streaming to Twitch but not Hitbox, then it's likely an issue between your Internet connection and Twitch, and probably not OBS. See this thread.

What is your upstream Internet speed? Try running the Twitch Bandwith Test tool using a Medium Test Duration for your region with a 64k TCP Window Size, and post a screenshot of the results here.

Given the quality levels of your connection with the Twitch Test, I'd say that your upstream connection isn't stable enough for streaming without experiencing some drops. The Chicago test results seem better than your current server (Ashburn), so I'd try using the Chicago server and seeing if that improve things. If it doesn't improve at all (or enough), then I'd recommend looking deeper into the thread I linked earlier on dropped frames and connection issues.
