ok so first and foremost I was able to stream games such as Diablo 3 and Nosgoth without any issues but I was having issues with getting my twitch alerts to work so I decided to uninstall obs etc and start over. now for some reason I cant get my games to run smooth at all over twitch and in game I get spikes of choppyness. I thought that maybe it was because I was using a cam now as well where I wasn't before but even without the cam active I'm still getting the same issue. My upload speed is just under 6mbps and I have tried reducing my bit rate down to 1800 and I'm also converting down to 1080x720 as I normally was. one other thing to mention I believe before I was using the 32bit version of obs and now I'm using the 64bit. Is it possible that this could be the issue even though I don't see why it would be?
