Question / Help Streaming Logic Pro X Issues

I need to stream the music DAW Logic Pro X from my Mac onto Twitch but I am at a loss as to how to set-up it up so that I can hear it and OBS records the audio from it. At the moment I've only been able to achieve one or the other but not both at the same time. I have been using Soundflower but still not sure what to do. I've looked online but couldn't seem to find that many items about streaming Logic that really helped.

Any suggestions?

There are several ways. You can create a multi-output device in MIDI settings that goes both to SoundFlower and to a hardware output, like headphones, for monitoring.

You can use the free program LineIn to forward audio from the SoundFlower virtual device to a hardware device for monitoring.

You can use the audio monitor setting in OBS (settings > advanced) to listen to your audio sources, although many times this fails to work for me in MacOS, where it works perfectly well in Windows or LInux)

You can use the program LoopBack, which, while pricy, includes all the features of LineIn, SoundFlower, and then some-- it allows you to select a hardware output for monitoring on each and every virtual device it creates.
