Question / Help Streaming League Of Legends

Okay, I have spend countless hours trying and trying and trying to play with settings, trying to read up on what everything does. What I can change and do to make things better. How everything interacts, and all the rest. I have came up with no good solution that I am happy with. So I am making this post and looking for guidance.

I wish to stream League Of Legends. Thats it, nothing fancy. But I cant seem to figure out the correct settings.

My computer build is:

AMD FX-6300 six core processor
8GB RAM
Win 7 64Bit OS
Motherboard
PCI Video Card

Upload speed: 3.31Mbps

I would like someone to come forth and literally just tell me the exact settings I should use. Im so tired or trial and error. I want a good solid stream. Easy to see, good graphics on the stream and in game too. Just the obs settings, the league settings what would be best and whats best to capture the game in terms of a source in obs for it.

The best settings I could get gave me this video quality which I deem not good enough for me.

I was going to end up posting a log but the thing is im looking for the optimal settings. Not anything that can be pulled from a log

Like if we were tweaking I could understand that, but im looking for a good base set of settings to start out with before tweaking

But regardless, here is a log

the logs are good, because we can see what your current settings are, and can go from there. for instance, your keyint is to high, IMO. if your streaming to services like twitch.tv it should be no higher than 2. Im not a codec guru like some on the forums here, so they can tell you more in depth about this stuff. I would also enable CFR in your settings. If nothing else, it will make your videos play nicely with the streaming services out there and *should* provide a better experience to your viewers.

Well i did what xiuide mentioned above and that went fine. But I still have the main issue of the video clarity not being great. I dont know if its the settings or what but Im trying to get help to fix the video clarity
