Question / Help Streaming League of Legends

I've been trying to stream League of Legends, and sometimes it goes just fine. One problem I'm seeming to have is while I'm in the game, my fps will be good. But about once per game (more or less, usually in big team fights with a lot of action) my fps in the game will drop to about 1, and this lasts for about 5-10 seconds. Here is my last log file:

I found this in the log and think this is when that lag happened, but don't know how to fix it.

"18:40:31: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Increasing send buffer to ISB 131072 (buffer: 566 / 272384)

That part of the log just means there was a bit of congestion somewhere in your network hardware, but it didn't actually result in dropped frames so it's fine.

As for the in game issues, your GPU isn't really doing you many favors here. I recommend downscaling in OBS a bit under settings>Video and maybe reducing LoL graphics in game.

I'd also strongly recommend running some actual network cable, and not trying to stream over Wifi. That's most likely what caused your network problem, as wifi is designed for light-duty use on mobile devices, not for the kind of steady data transfer that livestreaming demands. Wifi is not a replacement for running network cables, as many seem to assume.
