Question / Help Streaming in 720p

Is there any way to stream in 720p without having to downscale my computer's resolution ?
My resolution I am using right now is 1600x900 and on OBS the default resolution is 900p.

I don't see any options for 1.25 resolution downscale, only 1.50, 2.00, 2.50, 3.00

If you don't see those downscale option, update OBS.
