Question / Help Streaming Help [30 dl 1.2 up]

Hi all. I'm wanting to stream fast paced first-person-shooters like Call of Duty, Battlefield, Counter-Strike, so forth. My internet speed is 30mb/s down and a constant 1mb/s up, sometimes 1.5mb/s up if my internet is doing well. It would be great if you guys could give me some starter settings that wont make my stream look too bad nor make it pixellated while constantly moving around, etc. Specifications:

Internet: 30mb/s down, 1.2mb/s up.
GPU: Radeon HD 6800 (not the best, but works for me FPS wise in the games I play)
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500 CPU @ 3.30 GHz

I'm sorry, but non-pixelated is not going to happen with that upload speed, not even on low resolutions.
