streaming from xbox

was wondering if any capture card would be able to be streamed directly through OBS with hardly any delay or is there only specific ones?
 
Internal cards, along with USB 3.0 cards are the ideal devices to get for capturing. Pretty much any of those types will work fine. USB 2.0 devices should be avoided unless you are on a laptop with USB 2.0 ports, and/or don't have the funds for anything else.
