Question / Help Streaming from Laptop - freezing and lags

So I was looking for a solution all over the internet for 2 days now.
I hope someone here can help me

I'm using a normal to bad laptop and wanna stream games with it. Everything works fine except of the freezing and lags. Sometimes it even disconnects, but I wonder if it's because of the game. Because it just got disconnected when I played a special game.

Does anyone know how to use OBS for a bad laptop?
I can send screens of the settings I use for OBS.

I'm really new to this stuff. So I also dunno much about the settings for OBS and the data of my laptop.
I hope someone can help this newie :P

You need a good CPU and at least an "ok" GPU to stream with OBS. Set it up the best that you've been able to so far, stream for at least five minutes of high action gameplay, then post the OBS log file from that.
