Question / Help Streaming from Android Phone?

I was wondering if there are any guides/resources (didn't see any when I looked through the pages) that cover streaming from a rooted Android phone. I would prefer a cheaper method (Over wi-fi, Micro USB to HDMI), rather than a capture card. However, I still want to maintain decent frames/quality on the capture.

I was thinking Micro USB to HDMI on my TV monitor, but how would I route that video capture through OBS to the stream?

Unless there is some software that can screen capture and send to a streaming server (which you could set up on your streaming pc you plan on broadcasting from) from your iphone directly you'll have to cash out a capture card I think.
