I want to do a 3 monitor portrait setup and also continue streaming in 720p. I have a friend that said that it would not scale correctly for me to downscale to the right aspect ratio. Has anyone tried this before I drop a grand on new monitor's?

my stream is also www.twitch.tv/ggtrigger

You mean 3600x1920 and downscale that into 1280x720? As your current monitors all seem to be 1920x1200, so 16:10 format or are you going to change your monitors?

Currently you would have to stretch your input to get the 16:10 format into a 16:9 resolution.

My current Monitors are 1920X1200 but i will be buying 1920 X 1080 120hz to debezzel. Then flip in portrait. What I dont want is an aspect ratio that destorts my stream.

So you will have 3 monitors, each running at 1080x1920, for a total resolution of 3240x1920. That is a resolution of 27:16, or 1.6875. 16:9 has a ratio of 1.777 and 16:10 has a ratio of 1.6. So it will be somewhere between 16:9 and 16:10 in terms of aspect ratio, but still have very thin black bars on the left and right. That's really not that bad...I recommend keeping it like that and just living with the black bars. You can stream downscaled at 1620x960 or 1080x640. If you really want it to stretch to 16:9, the stretch won't be that bad...you'll have to make the call yourself.

So I have set this up. My new issue is that the signal going into my capture card is turned on its side... The only options in OBS is to flip the image vertically or horizontially. There is not a 90 degree turn. Sad sad day for me.
