Question / Help Streaming ETS2 Stuttering

I have Tried to Stream Euro Truck Sim 2 and tried many different ways, Windowed, Game Capture, Monitor, But all of them seem to make the Game Stutter on both the Stream and Its self!
I thought it may be my CPU but a lot of people seem to be able to stream the game with an FX8350
Any idea to stop this?

Take your FPS down to 30.

67FPS is not only extremely odd, it takes more than double the CPU time to render compared to 30fps.

Tried that, But Game still Stuttering, It's as soon i put OBS on

Well, you're going to need to downscale resolution some more in addition to using a sane framerate.
