when I start streaming there is an error:


I pressed the start stream button but it said:
could not access specified channel or stream key

You already made a thread about this, in the future please reply to your original thread instead of making a new thread in a different (and incorrect) subforum.

The full error is "Could not access the specified channel or stream key. This could be because the key/channel is invalid, or because the server still thinks you are logged in."

Go to http://www.twitch.tv/broadcast/dashboard/streamkey and try resetting your key, then copy the new key into OBS. If you still get the error then Twitch thinks you're still logged in and you'll need to wait until your old connection times out.

Just to clarify, you're copying and pasting the key into OBS, not actually typing it by hand, right?

Well I don't trust you (or anyone else for that matter) to manually type out an entire stream key, so figure out what the problem is with copy/paste and get that fixed first. Then use it.
