currently im using

CBR + CBR Padding
Max bitrate 3500

Video.
Reso Downscale 1280x720 Filter Bilinear on 45 fps.

Or what filter is best?

Keyframe 2 xpu preset vryfast.

I'm using the Swedish twitch server which i get 5ms 5 avg and 0 jitter.

So i was wondering, could i increase my quality?
There's a test from earlier today. Or is this pretty good quality on twitch as an non-partner?

I'm having 100/15 mb/s.

or is 3500 kb/s the max you could get until you get dropped frames?

My PC is

CPU » Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3.40GHz
RAM » Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333MHz 16GB
GPU » Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 OC 2GB

I can see in the stream that the sound sometimes are abit delayed like 1-2 sec?

.Force desktop audio to use timestamps as a base for audio time: Check this if you are having problems with syncing only.

Should i use it?
