Question / Help Streaming CSGO on OBS on an I5 !

Hello guys

Am streaming csgo, but am feeling in-game lag .. and some fps drops due to it

My pc is

i5 4430 3.0Ghz 8GB RAM 1TB harddisk
Nvidia GTX 750 ti boost 2GB

Net speed is 50MB, upload is 10MB

Can you give me the best settings to use ? am feeling some lag
