Question / Help Streaming CS:GO

Hi there,

I want to stream CS:GO but I've tried in the past using game cap and it seems to lag me in game, not terribly but noticeable. Can anyone recommend me any settings to stream with/try? I also do have an Elgato game cap hd 60 but have no idea if I can use this to stream with my PC (mainly use for xbox one)

PC Specs:
i7 - 4790k
16 gb ram
gtx 760 video card
144 hz monitor, 60 hz monitor

internet specs:
50 down, 3.5 up
