Question / Help Streaming CS:GO - stream settings

Hey, I'm a CS:GO player and I need help with my streaming settings. The Video is stuttering is it my Hardware?

My Computer Specs:

CPU: Intel Core2Quad Q6600
GPU: ATI Readon HD 3800
Memory: 4GB

My OBS Settings:

I DOnt know i have tested many many Settings but nothing will help me.

Maybe one of you guys can help :)

I'd say the biggest increase in performance you're gonna get, streaming on a Q6600, will come from switching x264 to a faster preset. There isn't much else you can do. If you had a modern nvidia GPU, you could take advantage of nvenc. Thats about your only options tho.

Well, you set your FPS to 10, so I'm not really sure why you were expecting smooth video. Set your FPS back to 30, and then downscale your resolution, but I'm not really sure you're going to get any decent performance streaming that game with that CPU/GPU. Both are incredibly outdated by today's standards, and pretty underpowered for what you're trying to stream.
