Hello. Yesterday I was streaming cs go, it all went fine and I didn't lag or something.
but when I start stream today everything lags, i'm on about 120 fps and I really can't hit anything. I have tried lower quality bit rate and so on, but it won't change. any suggestions?

8 Gb ram
MSI Gtx 760 4 gb
Inte core i5 4670k with hyper evo 212 cooling.
