That case is not great for all in one watercooling at all. Its also expensive :-)
Grab a good air cooler that you can fit in your case and it should be fine. AIo watercooling units with only 120 or 140mm are not that great.
Right now i`m using the NZXT Kraken X61, but this is far from being cheap and its also "huge" with 280mm, thats too big for most cheap cases today. And grabbing a case that will support this aio unit will set you back another 50$ or more.

P.S. the idle temp is not interesting at all. Look at your load temp (hint: use CoreTemp, nice little piece of software showing you everything you need). Try to sqeeze maximum out of your CPU without moving to tools like Prime95, this will result in overheating (its just a stress benchmark that can produce way more heat than anything what you can throw at your CPU in your daily work etc). Prime95 on the stock cooler is a bad idea.

And you will be really suprised how quiet cooling can be if you invest just a little bit of money into it^^
