Question / Help Streaming configuration [lol]

Hi, i would like to start streaming with HQ my LoL performances.

Some data:
i5-760 2.8
ram: 4
gf GTX 460
up: about 10 Mb/s

Do you think its enaught to have smooth gameplay and 1080p stream? I tried your settings form but it made some freezing screen issues. If its enought then what setting set do you recommand?

1080p streams takes a lot from your rig and upload to make it look smooth and good.
Try to stream on 720p & 30fps! You can always step up later.

your cpu wont handle 1080p very well ... but a starting point with 720p30 and 2000bitrate should be a solid recommendation to start with.
