Question / Help Streaming bitrate

Hello. My problems is that i cant found the best settings for maximum bitrate and buffer size,if i find good quality my stream have frequient loads, if my stream have no loads - quality is bad. I am streaming in 60fps. Can you guys help me find the best settings for me? Here is my speedtest

If you're not a partner, I recommend sitting around 2000 to 2500 bitrate and not crossing that. Your resolution and fps can be tailored to suit the game.

1280x720 at 30/60FPS (can downscale from a larger res, use lanczos filter if you can), maybeee a video bitrate of 2400kbps to 3000kbps and audio bitrate of 192kbps on AAC

Just because people are partners/big-time streamers/etc doesn't mean they know what they're doing. Trust me on that one.
