Is it possible to stream to Twitch at 3,5Mbps and at the same time to record to my computer the same thing but at 20Mbps?
If so, how can I set it up?

I'm recording 2560x1440 at 30FPS.
My computer is powerfull enough.

Do not tell me 20Mbps is not necessary, it is.

Thanks

In one instance of OBS? No.

But you can use the -multi command line switch to open two copies of OBS. Be aware this will encode the video twice, and increase your CPU usage. Generally you want to use two Profiles, and control the scene switches with hotkeys so both OBSes change together.

I'd actually say that 20mbps is pretty low, for 1440p@30.
Also, unless you are a Twitch Partner, 3500kbps is strongly not advised; non-partners should aim for a 2000kbps maximum streaming bitrate.

I have encountered a problem. My webcam only shows in one of the video streams (the one I start first).
How can I record the webcam in both streams?

There are two versions of OBS. OBS Beta which is the old version (this is the forum section for that version). Then there is the rewritten version dubbed OBS MP (for Multiplatform). OBS MP supports streaming at one bitrate and recording at another bitrate.

OBS MP is still catching up on other features, so there's no hardware encoding yet (except the Avermedia Streaming Engine). So your PC will need the muscle to run x264 twice.
