The C920 looks like its causing some weird issues from scene swaps for sure.
Are you using
https://www.obsproject.com/forum/threads/clr-browser-source-plugin.12608/ for something?
The forest has a bad memory leaking issue, and it doesn't save FYI lol. found that out last night.
Are you trying to use the Elgato to stream?
If you have 5 up, you can do 3000-4000Buffer/bitrate if you want but more wouldnt be a good idea.
Try Very fast CPU preset, Keyframe interval of 2, CFR+CBR or try without CBR on/Quality 10.
Hope some of this helps!
Analyzer mentions all this:
Excessive audio bitrate
Audio bitrates higher than 128kbps are rarely needed for internet streaming. Consider keeping the bitrate around 128kbps for optimal bandwidth usage.
Slower preset in use
You have changed the default preset to faster. Using slower presets can result in late frames and high CPU usage / low FPS. You should only change the preset if you are sure you have the CPU power to spare.
Monitor capture detected
One of your scenes appears to be using monitor capture. Monitor capture is the slowest and least efficient method of capturing, and can cause FPS lag on both your stream and your game and will also cause problems capturing full-screen games. Consider using game capture or window capture instead (this does not apply to Windows 8).
Monitor capture with Aero enabled
You are using monitor capture with Aero enabled. This will cause severe performance degradation. If you absolutely must use monitor capture, disable Aero from video settings (this does not apply to Windows 8).
Elgato with no buffering
You do not have buffering enabled on your Elgato. This is known to cause audio desync. Check the "Use buffering" box in the Elgato source properties and set the amount to 0 ms.
Slow sources detected
Some of your sources are taking a very long time to start or stop when changing scenes. If you use video devices such as a webcam, capture card, etc, add them as global sources to prevent this.
