OBS1 diesn't directly support capturing 2 audio feeds, but some people I know, have used VAC(virtual audio cable) to do something like you are talking about.
Also, I believe OBS studios will or does have this feature built in (or soon to be) but it is in beta at the moment so know that if you decide to test it out.
