Question / Help Stream wont connect?..

So I hope someone can help me, For some reason OBS wont connect to twitch and start streaming. When I try and start my stream everytime in the bottom right corner of OBS im getting 0kbs.I tried multiple stream keys and servers, I also tried to uninstall and re-install OBS still no dice! Anyone have any other tips to help me out? thxs
 
Mmmh...looks like you connected to Twitch the 1st time and then...tried to record locally ? Are you sure to trying to stream on Twitch ?
 
Iv never done any recording, atleast that I was aware of...I am sure that Im trying to stream to twitch, I was streaming to twitch with the same settings for the past few months. Now all of a sudden its not connecting.
