Question / Help stream with NVenc laptop gt740m

Stream does not start with the encoder NVenc constantly loaded picture settings Stream worth bitrate 3500, but when I run Stream bitrate above 350 is not rising, but when you start with the encoder x264 everything is normal.

video driver 347.09

please help!
 
nvenc is incredibly buggy id avoid using it, since your on a laptop id either use 3500 with x264 or even use shadow play to stream which wont cost you and performance just bandwidth
