Question / Help Stream video problem

I am currently using OBS 64bit v0.613b and I have had issues getting the stream video to appear.
When i tried to stream earlier today at 40fps it was viewable. However when I streamed more recently the video would not appear no matter what I changed. The only was I could get the stream to load (as opposed to the black screen) was to switch back to the H264 codec which looked like 20fps instead of 60 in terms of choppiness as well as causing a bit of input lag. When I look at the preview window in OBS I see the proper video as well as outputted bit and framerate. The audio on the other hand is completely fine. To make matters weirder, the streams that don't appear live still save as stream VOD's and actually do contain both audio and video but it looks like this: http://www.twitch.tv/chriz_tah_fah/b/511071468
I tried switching the stream server just incase it was having issues (because the stream did work earlier in the day) but it did nothing.

Any suggestions/other information I can provide?

Edit: also using game capture

Please make sure you are on the latest version of OBS (0.613b) and the very latest NVIDIA drivers (335.23 from March 10)

I have both.
The issue is mostly that the only thing I've changed was my framerate from 40 to 60. It worked at 40 but everything I tried after didn't work. I went back down to 45 an that didn't work but I haven't tried 40 again.

Yeah, this seems to be an issue for some people when using NVENC, but I've never been able to figure out why. No known workaround either, unfortunately.

That's unfortunate. It seems kind of odd that it would work and then suddenly stop as soon as I change stream frame rates. Hopefully this will be bug fixed soon as nvenc maintains the 264 quality without the input lag and frame drop :/

So I tested again. SLI works fine as well as single GPU. However, the stream does not work if I use any streaming fps 45 or higher. Meaning that I can't stream at 45 or 60fps. However, 44 fps works fine. Weird.

I got it to work at 60fps. The problem was the preset which was set to default would not allow me to go over a certain frame or bitrate or it wouldn't work. Setting the quality preset to high fixed this. The performance difference between them is basically nothing so there is no reason not to use high quality
