Question / Help Stream very stop and go

hey my stream is very stop and go but my game is fine my internet is 60down and 18up so i dont think its my internet please help thanks.

I don't actually see anything wrong with the output. In fact it's very good, rendering super fast with no problems as far as I can tell.

thats really weird cause the stream is so damn choppy it will freeze and go for like 2 seconds and then freeze again

also the videos after the stream on twitch look fine but live it is really choppy

Do NOT watch your stream while you stream, I know you are trying to see if there is a problem but it will lag. Now if the videos on twitch are fine then it means your stream is working as it should. Never watch your stream as you stream.
