Question / Help stream very pixelated

every game that i play mostly dayz is extremely pixelated no matter what i do it dosent seem to fix it i tryed to downscale my resolution and lower/raise my bit rate and it dosnet fix it

You can try to change the CPU preset. Settings > Advanced > x264 Preset : Try changing it to faster and see how it works out.
