hello someone can give me a good settings for obs? i want start a stream on twtich but in stream i have lag and low quality...
pc spec: i5 4460, video amd r9 380 4gb, 16 ram.

Your Log is incomplete but as far as I could see that downscaling by 1.5 should solve your problem. (1280x720) with 30fps

ye but i know a guy with i3 6100, amd r7 260 2gb, 8gb ram and he streaming 1080p 60 fps.. and stream have a good quality.. my stream have a bad quality on youtube...

Maybe Minecraft but thats about it or he is using VCE or however the AMD Video Encoder is called.

he is streaming cs:go 1080p 60fps and me I can't check VCE in OBS Classic
