Hello! I have a problem. When I turn on the stream by OBS or Nvidia ShadowPlay, it turns off after a few seconds or minutes. Sometimes I can stream 5 sec, sometimes 30min. I have no idea why is this happening. Here is my speedtest from me to germany, because I always pick germany in OBS. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4228995500 Like I said I used ShadowPlay as well and there I have same problem. I hope you can help me.

I changed server from Germany to Netherlands and London. Nothing changed.
My bitrate was 2000, changed to 1000 and still the same. I am using CBR, do not really know what it does.
Changed stream key, nothing happened.
